How do I use my Oral SPA toothbrush?
Twist the bottom of the toothbrush to power it on, then brush normally as if you were using a manual toothbrush. For deeper cleaning, keep your toothbrush stationary in one area of your mouth for 30 seconds, then move onto other areas until your teeth are sparkly clean.

Are Oral SPA toothbrushes battery powered?
Yes, all our toothbrushes are battery powered and can last up to 3-4 months with 10 minutes of daily use. The Oral SPA PRO uses one AA battery and the Oral SPA GO uses one AAA battery. This is to remove the inconvenience of waiting for your toothbrush to charge whenever power runs out.
How often should I replace my Oral SPA Toothbrush Head?
It is recommended to replace your toothbrush head every month or sooner if there are signs of breakdown and wear. Each Oral SPA toothbrush comes with a detachable brush head as an eco-friendly and convenient solution.
How often should I brush my teeth?
It is recommended to brush your teeth at least twice a day for 2-3 minutes each time. For brushing to be most effective, try the Japanese or Korean method and brush your teeth right after every meal!
How do I clean and maintain my Oral SPA toothbrush?
Simply use a damp cloth to wipe the body of the toothbrush.

As approved by professional dentists, our toothbrushes feature soft nylon bristles and silicon bumper heads which are suitable for braces and dental implants. Our toothbrushes are also suitable for orthodontic, periodontal, and elderly patients.

Yes, our soft and gentle brush heads are not only suitable, but also comfortable for children’s developing teeth and gums.
Are there varying levels of softness for the Oral SPA Toothbrush Heads?
We only offer one standard of softness. However, our soft nylon bristles imported from Japan have been carefully designed to be as gentle as possible to gums and teeth.

When will my order arrive?
Typically it takes 1-3 working days to deliver to West Malaysia, and 7-10 working days to deliver to East Malaysia and internationally.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay online via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Bank details are provided at the check-out page.
I haven't received any confirmation email after paying via bank transfer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange the products?
At Oral SPA, we prioritize the quality of our products and perform three rounds of stringent quality checks to ensure that the goods you receive meet our high standards. As a result, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds on our products. We understand that unforeseeable situations can occur, and we want to address those cases to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the following exception to our general policy:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving Oral SPA products. (Exceptions apply.)

What constitutes a damaged product that qualifies for an exchange?
Products with motors that stop working within 3 months of initial purchase, excluding cases where product has been submerged in water for longer than 30 minutes and dropped from a height taller than 2 stories.
How should I initiate the return process?
If you have received a damaged product that falls within the defined criteria, please follow these steps to initiate the return and exchange process:

b. Provide the following information in your communication:

Nature of the damage
c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if necessary.
d. Once we receive the damaged product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our defined criteria for damage. If the product qualifies, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Are there any exclusions to this policy?
Please note that this policy does not cover:
a. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer.
b. Products that have been altered or modified in any way.
c. Damage claims when we are not notified within 3 days upon receiving the products.
